We know that from time to time organisations experience gaps in their substantive leadership roles and need access to really skilled and capable leaders to either take over a key function on an interim basis or to provide transitional resources to get a piece of work done or boost current resources when it is just a busy period. This can be planned or unplanned. It can be immediate or at a future date.
It can be difficult at times to find the right leader, who understands Community Benefit Organisations and all their complexities and with the skillset to hit the ground running. Suzi can personally fulfil these gaps or she can facilitate access to leaders who are available and have a specific skillset that is requested.
We act as a collaborative partner aimed at supporting the Community Benefit Organisations to continue to succeed.
We provide the full suite of consulting and advisory services through our own consultants and also in partnership with other likeminded consultancies.
We have particular skills assisting to improve business performance whilst not losing the essence of the reason the Community Benefit Organisation exists.
We assist Boards, Executives and Leaders to achieve their goals and priorities in a practical way but with the help of fresh thinking.
We also provide insightful, practical and objective check ups of a whole organisation or a single business unit using the principles of the balanced scorecard with a few additions which are particularly relevant to community benefit organisations. Dimensions covered include financial, customer, staff, process/quality, leadership, culture, governance, purpose achievement, stakeholder relationships to name a few.
We are somewhat unique in that we have substantial 'hands on' executive experience successfully leading NFPs and other enterprises, rather than having experience contained solely as a consultant within a professional services environment. This means we can draw upon real, everyday experience, coupled with deep knowledge and expertise to always make sure recommendations are implementable. We can assist with the implementation phase too. We really understand the nuances, challenges and opportunities leading NFPs and happily share that with our clients.

We have real capability and great experience over many decades of direct leadership in Community Benefit Organisations at all levels (Board, CEO, Executive, Management, front line management) to walk alongside leaders as they achieve more than they ever thought they could. We partner with other coaches and mentors with specific expertise so the right person is matched with the leader. We have particular experience supporting leaders within transformational and cultural change contexts and leading high performing teams.
We also have vast experience walking alongside female leaders to be achieve their potential and build confidence.
