We know that from time to time organisations experience gaps in their substantive leadership roles and need access to really skilled and capable leaders to either take over a key function on an interim basis or to provide transitional resources to get a piece of work done or boost current resources when it is just a busy period. This can be planned or unplanned.  It can be immediate or at a future date. It can be for short burst of annual leave or for longer assignments.

 

It can be difficult at times to find the right leader, who understands Community Benefit Organisations and all their complexities and with the skillset to hit the ground running. This is where our network of Associates come in. Is this the type of work you have been looking you? 

WHAT IS AN ASSOCIATE?

Associates are an integral part of the Suzi Cowcher & Associates network.  An Associate is a leader who has a passion for supporting community benefit organisations and their leaders to thrive in a changing environment.  Associates are not our employees.  You maintain your own identity however are part of a network of leaders who have like minded values who are interested in fulfilling work, interim and transitional assignments, have a set of core competencies in leadership who can adapt themselves to a variety of settings with the overall aim of adding value to the organisation they are supporting.  Associates can choose to undertake interim leader assignments and/or provide consultancy support for assignments which require a variety of skillsets.  One of Suzi Cowcher & Associates' core values is collaboration.  We believe that amazing things happen when we work together and draw upon the unique expertise and experience of each other to create synergies.
