We have real capability and great experience over many decades of direct leadership in Community Benefit Organisations at all levels (Board, CEO, Executive, Management, front line management) to walk alongside Community Benefit Organisation leaders as they achieve more than they ever thought they could. We partner with other coaches and mentors with specific expertise so the right person is matched with the leader. We have particular experience supporting leaders to achieve within transformational and cultural change contexts and leading high performing teams.
We also have vast experience walking alongside female Community Benefit Organisations leaders to be achieve their potential and build confidence.
MENTORING
MENTORING & COACHING
Sometimes the terms Mentor & Coach are used interchangeably, sometimes they are not! The philosophy we have at Suzi Cowcher & Associates, is whatever the person wants to achieve we can support that.
We can work with an individual directly and also in conjunction with their manager if that is the preferred approach. We can work together to achieve a short term goal or as part of a longer term relationship.

We have decades of experience mentoring and coaching leaders to be successful. This has ranged from Boards, CEOs, Executives, Managers and front line leaders. We have a long and successful track record supporting young or 'up and coming' leaders through their leadership journey.
